FAQ

Where does the data come from? Saudi Ministry of Justice deed records, published on the national open-data portal and in the Ministry’s own public reports, used under the Saudi Open Data License (ODC Attribution License), which allows commercial use. We clean, normalize, translate, and serve it.

The raw files are public. What am I paying for? The cleanup and the access. The source files come in three different layouts with Arabic-only headers, spell thirteen regions more than thirty ways, and once republished a whole quarter under the wrong year. We fix that once, remove about 47,000 duplicate rows, translate place names, and serve the result as one stable API and one clean file. The free tier and the free sample show exactly what you get before you pay.

Can my whole team use one subscription? Starter and Pro are one key per person. Team gives your company 5 API keys for its staff.

Freshness. Newest quarter: 2026 Q2 (deals to 30 June 2026). Last rebuilt: 14 October 2026. 2026 Q3 is added after the quarter closes and is announced on this page. Buy once and you keep the file unless you are refunded within 14 days. API plans get each new quarter the day it is added.

Can I build comparables from this data? Yes, for the quarters your plan covers. A worked example with the Ministry reference on every deal.

Rental data? On the roadmap (REGA rental index). Sales deeds only for now.

Refunds? 14 days, no questions, via Paddle.

Lost your key? Use the recovery code you got with it on the account page. The same page replaces a key that leaked.
