📈 KSA Land Data

Terms & data license

Service. KSA Land Data provides access to public-record data via API and file downloads. Reasonable effort is made for accuracy and availability; the service is provided as-is, without warranty. Not investment, legal, or tax advice.

Your use. You may use, share and build on the Ministry of Justice records you get from us, including for commercial purposes. That right comes to you directly from the Ministry under the Saudi Open Data License, and nothing in these terms limits it. If you publish the data or work made from it, credit the source as set out under Source attribution, and pass the licence notice on with any copy of the data. What you pay us for is the service: the cleaning, one consistent layout, the API, hosting and updates. API keys and quotas are personal to your plan.

Keys and quotas. One key per user on Free, Starter and Pro; Team includes 5 keys for the purchasing company's staff; quotas per plan; abuse (key sharing, scraping around limits) may result in revocation with refund of unused paid time.

Payments. Paid plans are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. 14-day refund policy.

Privacy. We store your email, API key, a one-way fingerprint of your recovery code, usage counters, a 30-day log of your API requests, and messages you send us. Nothing else, nothing sold, no cookies or advertising trackers on this site. We count anonymous page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics; the privacy policy has the details.

Source attribution. Contains information from Ministry of Justice real-estate transactions, published on the Saudi Open Data Portal and in the Ministry’s real-estate transactions report (moj.gov.sa), which is made available under the Saudi Open Data License (ODC Attribution License). The Ministry's fields (dates, district, classification, property type and count, price, area, deal reference) are passed through as published; the quarter, region and city slugs, English names and price per square metre are added by KSA Land Data. KSA Land Data is independent and unaffiliated.

Team plan. This applies to the Team plan only. Everything else in these terms still applies.

Who it covers. The company that buys the plan (the Company). Its employees, and contractors working for it, may use the plan's API keys.

What the Company may not do. Give an API key to anyone outside the Company, or use several keys to get round the monthly quota.

Keys. The plan includes 5 API keys and 1,000,000 calls a month in total. Keys belong to the Company and are for its staff only. Abuse may lead to revocation, with a refund of unused paid time, as in the main terms.

Term and renewal. The plan runs for the month or year you paid for and renews for the same period until cancelled. Cancel from the link in your Paddle receipt; the keys stay active to the end of the paid period. Refunds within 14 days are as in the refund policy. After a refund the plan ends and the keys stop working.

If the subscription ends. Files downloaded during a paid period stay with the Company. The API keys stop working and the Company gets no new files. If you are refunded, the licence to the files from that payment ends and you delete them.

No warranty. The service is provided as-is, as in the main terms. Not investment, legal or tax advice.

Payments. Paddle is the merchant of record. KSA Land Data is a Tarkib product.
