14 days, no questions. Any paid plan or dataset purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days of payment. Ask via the contact form or reply to your Paddle receipt email; refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method.
Subscriptions. Cancel anytime from the link in your Paddle receipt. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew after that. No partial-month charges.
After a refund. Your API key returns to the free tier. Nothing else changes and you can subscribe again later on the same key.
