How to read this report
- Every figure is a median of registered sale prices per square metre (price divided by area). Asking prices are not included.
- District figures use the same 12 months as the city pages, Jul 2025 to Jun 2026, and include only districts with 100 or more residential sales. The middle half is the range half of those sales fall in, between the lower and upper quartiles.
- The report shows no year-on-year change, because the mix of districts that sell changes from year to year, so a city-wide change reflects that mix more than any movement in prices.
- † Some districts are mostly plots sold at a fixed programme price or at a nominal price. They show a middle half of one value (for example 2,600 to 2,600) or a median under SAR 300 per m². These prices were really registered, but they do not describe the open market in that district.
- District names are given as the Ministry of Justice spells them, in Arabic.
