KSA Land Data: source licence and notices

This file set is a derived database of the Ministry of Justice real-estate transactions data, published on the Saudi Open Data Portal (open.data.gov.sa) and in the Ministry's real-estate transactions report (moj.gov.sa).
It is shared under the Saudi Open Data License, version 2.0 (March 2023), an Arabic adaptation of the Open Data Commons Attribution License 1.0.

You receive your licence to the Ministry data directly from the licensor, on the same terms (section 6.3). Nothing in KSA Land Data's terms restricts it.
Section 5 of the licence states that the rights it grants expressly include commercial use.
If you share a copy of this data, keep this notice and the licence link with it. If you publish work made from it, add the notice: "Contains information from Ministry of Justice real-estate transactions, which is made available under the Saudi Open Data License (ODC Attribution License)", linked as the licence's section 6.2 describes.

Ministry of Justice open-data policy (moj.gov.sa, separate from the licence): cite the Ministry in your references, keep its data unmodified, and do not use it for political, racist or unlawful purposes.
The Ministry's fields (dates, district_ar, classification, property_type, properties_count, price_sar, area_sqm, ref_no) are passed through as published. quarter, the region and city slugs, English names and price_per_sqm are added by KSA Land Data.
KSA Land Data is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government entity.
