One row per registered property sale, from Saudi Ministry of Justice deed records. UTF-8 CSV, comma separated.

quarter: YYYYQn from the deed's Gregorian date
date: ISO date of the transaction (Gregorian)
region_slug / region_en: one of the 13 Saudi administrative regions (normalised)
city_slug / city_en / city_ar: city (consistent romanisation; the Arabic original is kept)
district_ar: the registry's district name, in Arabic as published
classification: residential | commercial | agricultural | mixed
property_type: land, apartment, villa ... only where the source published it (2023 Q1 to Q3), otherwise empty
properties_count: number of properties in the deal
price_sar: registered price in Saudi riyals
area_sqm: area in square metres (may be empty)
price_per_sqm: price_sar / area_sqm where an area is present
ref_no: Ministry of Justice deal reference number

The Ministry's fields (dates, district_ar, classification, property_type, properties_count, price_sar, area_sqm, ref_no) are passed through as published. quarter, the region and city slugs, English names and price_per_sqm are added by KSA Land Data.
Coverage: 2020Q1 to 2026Q2, 1,474,665 rows. Missing quarters: none.
